    RAL-LvO 2136, 509: Op 10 december 1779 verklaarde Maria Ritzen, weduwe Peter Crijns, dat zij uit de nalatenschap van Maria Aloffs, weduwe Habets, enige onroerende goederen verkregen had. Over die nalatenschap was grote onenigheid uitgebroken die had geleid tot een proces tussen haar, haar metgezellen en Joannes Horstmans en Joannes Limpens uit Hoensbroek.
    Joannes Matthias Ritzen, gehuwd met Elisabeth Crijns, had namens haar heel wat kosten gemaakt. Daarom droeg zij nu aan hem alles over wat zij uit deze erfenis te verwachten had. .
