RAL-AHW 170, 59: Op 21 december 1720 verkocht Hermen Crijns, gehuwd met Elisabeth Spijckers, aan Jacobus Raemeckers, gehuwd met Maria Crijns, drie percelen akkerland, gelegen onder Wijnandsrade, te weten:
a) 136 kleine roeden, grenzend oostwaarts aan de weduwe Paulus Meijs, westwaarts Joannes Keuten en aan de weg langs het bos naar Aalbeek, voor twee schillingen per kleine roede;
b) 68 kleine roeden, oostwaarts Geurt Eeckermmans, westwaarts de koperp, hoofdzijde Hermen Daemen, voor 25 stuivers per kleine roede "besaeijt met floor";
c) 147 kleine roeden, oostwaarts Goris Gorissen, westwaarts Houb la Haije, hoofdzijde de koper, voor 25 stuivers per kleine roede.

RAL-LvO 2136, 274: Op 10 december 1738 kocht Hermen Crijns van zijn vroer Dionysius, gehuwd met Josina Trogh, diens kindsdeel, gelegen onder Vaesrade, bestaande in huis, hof, moestuin en landerijen, voor 169 gulden,
belast met 3 1/2 kop rogge aan Aldenbiessen.
Afgesproken werd dat 100 gulden tegen mei betaald zou worden en het restant binnen vijf jaar. De koper moest wel het zaaigoed en akkerloon voor maar betalen of anders de helft van de "knop" aan de verkoper laten.
Op 13 december 1738 werden 30 pattacons aan Dionysius Crijns uitbetaald door Joannes Weustenraedt junior, gehuwd met Margaretha Crijns.

RAL-LvO 2136, 276: Op 19 september 1742 deed Hermen Crijns afstand van het ingekochte kindsdeel van zijn broer ten behoeve van zijn schoonzoon Joannes Wuestenraedt, inmiddels weduwnaar van Margaretha Crijns, tegen betaling van het bedrag waarvoor het geheel gekocht was.
