RAL-LvO 1757, 243v: Op 16 november 1728 deed Lijsken Crijns, weduwe Willem Schutgens, afstand te doen van haar rechten op 153 1/2 kleine roeden weiland te Hellebroek onder Nuth, zoals haar was toebedeeld uit de nalatenschap van Thomas Crijns, grenzend aan het wederdeel, thans erfgenamen de la Haij, Nelis Oortmans, de weg en de gemeente. Verder traden op haar zonen Willem en Christiaen Schutgens, mede voor hun afwezige zuster en zwager Vaes Roex en tevens voor Thomas Vleugels en diens zus Jen Vleugels, weduwe Marten Goesens. Vervolgens werd genoemde weide voor 35 stuivers en twee oort per kleine roede verkocht aan Reiner Crijns, gehuwd met Mechtild Meijs. De weide was belast met 2 1/2 malder haver in de cijnskaart Berg en een pint olie te Valkenburg.
Het geld werd gebruikt om een lening van ruim 100 gulden aan juffrouw Munix en 150 gulden aan Maria Hamers af te lossen.
Vaes Roex, gehuwd met Maria Schutgens, verklaarde op 22 november 1728 in te stemmen met de gang van zaken.

RAL-AHW 168, 39: Op 6 februari 1680 liet Trijneken Ceulen, weduwe Frans Pelsers, als huwelijksgoed aan haar schoonzoon Jacob Silbernagel, gehuwd met Margaret Pelsers, 65 kleine roeden akkerland "omtrent den papebroeck" onder Wijnandsrade, grenzend aan Henrick Munix en Gelis Heuts.
Vervolgens verkocht hij het geheel aan Geraerd Vleugels, gehuwd met Lijsbeth Crijns voor 20 gulden.
