    RAL-LvO 1764, 47: Op 31 december 1789 verkocht Ludovicus Moenen, inwoner van Schimmert en gehuwd met Maria Catharina Willems, 60 kleine roeden akkerland op de Grachtweg te Nuth, grenzend aan Joannes Raeven, Joannes Rietrae en Mathijs Eggen, voor 180 gulden aan Geurt Hermens, die de koop ook namens zijn zuster Anna Catharina Hermens, weduwe Severen Leunissen, verrichtte.

    SAH-NA L. Willems Hoensbroek 1812: Op 18 juli 1812 verklaarde Mathias Leunissen uit Helle-Nuth, alsmede Jan Spijckers uit Nuth en Willem Knols, gehuwd met Maria Ida Leunissen, inwoner van Hulsberg, dat hun (schoon)moeder sedert november 1790 met haar broers Godfried en Mathias Hermans had samengewoond. Zij was in 1800 overleden, haar broer Mathias in 1808 en broer Godfried in mei 1812. Mathias Leunissen kocht de nagelaten goederen van Mathias Hermans voor 150 franken.
