    3°. wien tijdelijk het regt is ontzegd om bij de gewapende magt of als militair geëmployeerde te dienen, voor zoover de tijd, waarvoor de ontzegging is uitgesproken, bij het sluiten der zitting van den militieraad niet is verstreken, tenzij de veroordeeling onherroepelijk is en grond oplevert tot toepassing van art. 54, aanhef en 1°. of 3°.
