Op 23 november 1737 - magescheyt (Beschrijving: 0217 - ORA Landdrostambt Zutphen, toegangsnummer 0217, inventarisnummer 955)

Magescheyt tussen Jurjen Diepenbrock, wed. van Elsken Hermsen ter ene ende Conraedt Janssen en Harmen Hendriksen als oomen en bloetmombers van die onmundige en bij voorn. Jurjen Diepenbrock en Elsken Hermse ehelijck geprocreerden kinderen Jan, Hermina en Eva genaemt en zulks op volgende condities.

Eerstelijk belooft hij vaeder en wed. voorn. aan sijn drie voorn. kinderen wegens haer moederlyck sterfen de halfscheyt van een campken in de Graafschap Berge boerschap Wijnbergen, het Teurentjen genaemt, waarvan de wederhalfscheyt Gerhard Schaep toekomt.

Daerbeneffens aen een yder van deseloe een kiste so en als sig nu int huys zijn bevindende.

Wijders aen een yder der voorn. dochters een nieuwe beddetieke en ?penenus?, waer tegen de soon vijf gl. aen gelt sal hebben. Het linnen dat tot haer moeder zall. lijff is behorend, sal ook voor de kinders bewaert worden. Dese voorn. nijtsaeken sal aen gen. kinderen betaalt worden so ras sij twintig jaeren oudt sijn ofte eerder mochten trouwen en sal deselve van het ene kindt op het andere devolveeren tot de langstlevend toe.

Eyndelyk sal hij vaeder gehouden sijn, sijne genoemde kinderen in kost, drank en kledinge onderhouden, tot de tijd sij goed voor haer kost sijn.

Waer en tegens die voorn. vaeder voor sig sal behouden al het overige, vermits alle schulden en weer schulden op sig nemende waermede hij die voorn. contrahenten in desen hebben vergeleeken en sijn hierdoor van den anderen gescheyden sonder yts verder te reserveeren en hebben hier op een yder in sijn get.
