    De overledene werd geboren te Hamme (B.) 31 december 1905 en overleed in het ziekenhuis te Sittard, na gesterkt te zijn door het sacrament der zieken, 5 september 1973.
    Na een plechtige Eucharistieviering werd hij begraven te Geleen 8 september 1973.
    De overledene was een man die samen met zijn vrouw veel vreugde, maar ook veel leed in zijn leven gekend heeft.
    Zolang zijn gezondheid het toeliet heeft hij gewerkt voor de zijnen.
    Voor zijn kinderen was hij niet alleen een goede en begrijpende vader, maar ook en vooral een hartelijke, meelevende vriend. Er heerste dan ook in het gezin een sfeer van volkomen onderling vertrouwen.
    Gelukkig was hij toen hij nog een kleinkind mocht begroeten.
    Moedig en berustend heeft hij zijn laatste ziekte aanvaard, wetend dat hij spoedig door God geroepen zou worden.

    Mijn lieve vrouw en kinderen, wil ook, zoals ik u buigen voor Gods H. Wil. Blijft goed voor elkaar en bidt iedere dag dat wij elkaar eens mogen weer- zien in het eeuwige geluk bij de Vader in de hemel.

    De familie dankt U hartelijk voor de vele blijken van medeleven, welke zij bij het overlijden en de begrafenis van U mocht ontvangen.

    De zeswekendienst zal gehouden worden in de parochiekerk van de H.H. Marcellinus en Petrus te Geleen op zondag 21 oktober as. om 11.15 uur.
