RAL-LvO 1758, 161v: Op 2 augustus 1725 verkocht Jacob Ramaeckers, gehuwd met Maria van der Weijden, aan de ongehuwde Agnes Canisius, woonachtig te Wijnandsrade en in deze vertegenwoordigd door haar zwager Oury L'Ortye, de volgende onroerende goederen:
a) twee morgen akkerland op de Geijsberg te Nuth, grenzend aan het voetpad naar Grijzegrubben;
b) 140 kleine roeden akkerland "in den Klaepersdal", grenzend aan de vloedgraaf en westwaarts Corsten Diebets;
c) 120 kleine roeden weide, met daarbij 80 kleine roeden beemd, grenzend aan het voetpad naar de kerk en Claes Franck;
d) 48 kleine roeden beemd, grenzend aan Claes Franck, de verkoper en de beek.
Het geheel werd verkocht voor 700 gulden. De betaling geschiedde in twee termijnen, te weten 200 gulden uiterlijk eind augustus en het restant met St.-Andries.
