RAL-LvO 1758, 98v: Op 12 februari 1738 verkocht Frans Willem van Bronsveldt, gehuwd met Odilia Goessens, aan Joannes Frissen, gehuwd met Elisabeth Crijns, 312 (bij meting 309) kleine roeden akkerland op de Achtbunder in het Grijzegrubberveld onder Nuth, oostwaarts Joannes Wolterus van Schaesbergh, westwaarts Arnold Bemelmans en Houb Biesjans, voor 16 stuivers per kleine roede; en voorts 170 kleine roeden akkerland in de Eertgrubbe, oostwaarts Merten a Campo, westwaarts Jan Herman, hoofdzijde erfgenamen Jan Cremers, voor 15 stuivers per kleine roede.
RAL-LvO 7100, 80: Op 16 januari 1747 verkocht Simon Habets aan Joannes Frisschen, inwoner van Nuth en gehuwd met Elisabeth Crijns, een huis met schuur, moestuin en huisweide, laatgoed, gelegen aan de Dorpstraat te Hulsberg, oostwaarts Reijner Gieskens, westwaarts Willem Scholtissen. Het geheel werd verkocht voor 1250 gulden en was belast met anderhalve kop rogge aan de weduwe Wouter Limpens.
RAL-LvO 1759, 78v: Op 25 februari 1752 verkochten de erfgenamen van Joannes Bocken en Heriberta Meijs aan Joannes Frissen, gehuwd met Elisabeth Crijns, de goederen die hun grootvader Machiel Meijs op 21 juni 1714 bij erfenis verkregen had. Het ging om huis, hof, moestuin, weiland en akkerland op de Drieschen onder Nuth, grenzend aan Reiner Crijns, de dorpstraat en peter Cremers; voorts de "Neijweijde", grenzend aan Reijner Crijns, de erfgenamen Matthijs Hautvast en de straat; verder 92 kleine roeden akkerland "achter den bergh", grenzend aan Reijner Crijns, Hermen Snackers en de Bergerhof; en tenslotte een stuk akkerland "op de Bastaert", grenzend aan de weduwe Nelis Cremers en belast met een kop rogge. De totale koopsom bedroeg 2000 gulden, tweehonderd schoven rogge met stro en een koe ter waarde van 50 gulden. Een deel werd betaald door het overnemen van een schuld van 400 gulden, welke schuld op 28 oktober 1754 werd afgelost.
