    Jan Witteveen, oud vier en twintig jaren, van beroep dagloner, wonende te Epe, welk ons heeft verklaard, dat Egberta Johanna Tenkink, dagloonster, oud dertig jaren, zijne huisvrouw op dinsdag den vijf en twintigsten october dezes jaars des morgens ten twee ure, ten zijne huize binnen deze Gemeente is bevallen van een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, aan hetwelk hij verklaard heeft dat door hem de voornaam van Gerritje is gegeven.

    Deze verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Wieken van Lohuizen, oud zeven en veertig jaren, van beroep smid en Lambertus Vels, oud zes en veertig jaren, van beroep landbouwer, wonende beide te Epe, opzettelijk daartoe medegebragte getuigen: en is daarvan opgemaakt deze Acte die na voorlezing is geteekend door de aangever en de getuigen.

Gerritje Witteveen, oud vier en twintig jaren, dienstmeid, geboren te Epe en wonende te Epe, doch voor minder dan zes maanden te Hilversum, meerderjarige dochter van de echtelieden: Jan Witteveen, oud negen en veertig jaren en Egberta Johanna Tentink, oud vijf en vijftig jaren, daglooners, wonende te Epe, hierbij tegenwoordig en hunne toestemming tot dit huwelijk gevende; welke Comparanten Ons, in tegenwoordigheid van de vier hierna genoemde getuigen hebben verzocht, om over te gaan tot de voltrekking van het door hen voorgenomen Huwelijk.
En hebben wij, voornoemde Ambtenaar, aan dit verzoek voldoende:
Gezien de nagemelde aan Ons overlegde stukken.
1e Bewijs van voldoening aan de Nationale Militie.
2e Geboorte-akte van den Bruidegom.
3e Geboorte-akte van de Bruid.
4e Overlijdens akte van den vader der Bruidegoms
5e Bewijs van afkondiging te 's-Graveland.
6e Bewijs van afkondiging te Hilversum

Gelet, dat de Akte der Huwelijks-afkondigingen gedaan zijn te Epe, 's-Graveland en te Hilversum op de Zondagen van den negen en twintigsten september en den zesden october dezes jaars.
In aanmerking nemende dat geene stuiting van dit huwelijk ter onzer kennisse gekomen is.
Gehoord de verklaring der partijen, dat zij elkander tot Echtgenooten aannemen, en dat zij getrouwelijk al de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den Huwelijken Staat verbonden zijn:
Verklaard in naam der wet, dat Jan Boekschoten en Gerritje Witteveen door dit huwelijk zijn verbonden.
Waarvan wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt, in tegenwoordigheid van:
Cornelis Boekschoten, oud een en dertig jaren, timmerman, broeder der bruidegom, wonende te 's-Graveland.
Gerrit Witteveen, oud zes en twintig jaren, smid, broeder der bruid, wonende te Olst.
Lammert van de Breem, oud een en dertig jaren, daglooner, en
Gerrit Jan Jonker, oud acht en veertig jaren, gemeentebode, beiden wonende te Epe en zijnde aan partijen niet verwant, uitdrukkelijk verzochte getuigen, welke, na voorlezing, is geteekend door Ons, den Bruidegom, der Bruid, den ouders der Bruid en de vier getuigen, verklarende de moeder der Bruidegoms niet te kunnen schrijven.
