Leendert Levie Haringman, geboren 19 maart 1914 was de enige overlevende van het gezin van Levie Haringman (1878 -boekverkoper) en Betje Vischschraper (1879. Het gezin had zes kinderen. Een van de jongens, Marcus Haringman, geboren in 1908, overleed 8 maanden na zijn geboorte.
