Notes about Helen(Leentje) Noach

Leentje werd opgepakt in maart 1944 bij een razzia in Geleen, waar ze bij haar dochter Rebecca zat ondergedoken. (Rebecca was gemengd gehuwd en werd na tien dagen weer vrijgelaten.)
Leentje Samuel-Noach was in de oorlog naar dochter Rebecca gegaan (zij was met een niet-Joodse man getrouwd) samen met kleinzoon Leo (zoon van haar zoon Salomon), maar uiteindelijk toch gedeporteerd naar Westerbork.
Leentje staat vermeld in het Deventer adresboek van 1938/39 op Kleine Overstraat 2a. In 1942 staat zij op de lijsten van de Joodse Raad vermeld als gezinshoofd. Hier woonde in 1942 weduwe M. Samuel (Stella Lievendag dus) volgens de lijsten va n de Joodse Raad in 1942. In augustus 1942 woonde alleen Leentje Samuel-Noach op genoemd adres.
