Roman PSMT; font-size: small;">Hij werd gedoopt in Bergen op Zoom op 25-7-1632 als zoon van Jacob Israel Turcq (o.m. wethouder van Bergen op Zoom) en Elisabeth Manteau; 1 hij werd in het dorp Namen op 7-1-1656 beroepen als proponent onder de classis Tholen (en daar vermoedelijk bevestigd op 6-2-1656); hij verdiende daarmee vermoedelijk fl. 600 per jaar; 2 hij verzocht de Raad van State om zijn traktement te mogen ontvangen vanaf het moment dat hij was beroepen; de Raad overwoog op 22-12-1656 dat de datum van bevestiging de gebruikelijke ingangsdatum was, maar toonde zich toch bereid om het verzoek te honoreren en gaf hiertoe rentmeester Lentinck opdracht; 3 op 10-5-1666 werd hij tot zijn overlijden predikant in zijn geboortestad; hij overleed er op 6-12-1710; 4 hij was gehuwd met Anna van Erff (Van Herff).
