Heer van Millen. Vocht in 1144 de schenkingen aan die tijdens zijn minderjarigheid waren gedaan, door zijn oom Willem die kanunnik was in Luik, aan het klooster Siegburg. De zaak werd uitgevochten bij de dekaan van Susteren en de aartsbisschop van Keulen.
