Bepaald verder dat al zijn verdere goederen zullen gaan ( als universeel erfgenaam ) naar voornoemde zoon Geemen Nieuwburg ( respectievelijk diens wettige kinderen ) voor 1/3 part, zijn dochter Ariaantje Nieuwburg ( resp. diens descendenten ) voor 1/3 en de voornoemde gezamelijke nagelaten kinderen van haar zoon Hendrik van Nieuwburg ( c.q. hun descendenten) voor 1/3 part.Dit allemaal met dien verstanden dat het pand dat zijn dochter Ariaantje zal erven haar leven lang onder beheer zal blijven van een nader te noemen persoon ( het dient voor haar onderhoud ). De weeskamer uitgesloten.
