In 1903 schoot hij zich tot koning van het Vlierdense Sint-Willibrordusgilde en schonk het
gilde een schild met zijn naam en een afbeelding van een persoon met twee varkens.

Hij woonde in Vlierden aanvankelijk in een erg vervallen huis dat met twee andere woningen
eigendom was van de familie De Maurissens. In de vergadering van burgemeester en wethouders van
Vlierden van 19 december 1903 bracht de burgemeester de slechte toestand van de drie woningen met de adressen A.38 tot en met A.40 ter sprake. Lormans woonde op A.40.
In de raadsnotulen werd vermeld dat dak en zoldering zeer slecht zijn,
benevens de buitendeuren dier woningen niet genoegzaam tegen regen en wind beschutten
en verder de binnenmuren en vloeren in een zeer vervallen toestand verkeeren,[1]

Later verhuisde Lormans naar adres B.8

Op 23 december 1907 verhuisde het gezin naar Griendtsveen.
Was hij Koning van het St. Willibrorddus Gilde in Vlierden va 1903 -1906 ?
