    Ze woonde de laatste veertig jaar in Truckee, Californië. En Reno, NV.
    Ze werkte vele jaren als executive assistant bij Hyatt hotels.

    Ze was de vierde van zes kinderen. Ze was 52 jaar getrouwd met Richard Edward Dornberger Sr
    Ze hadden een zoon, Robert (Kim) Dornberger,
    uit een eerder huwelijk met Robert Denomme, die overleed in 1958, en 4 kinderen uit haar huwelijk met Richard Sr.;

    Richard Jr (Joseph) Dornberger,
    Juliann (Luis) Olivera, en
    Christopher (Patti) Dornberger.

    Ze was een fervent liefhebber van de natuur, kamperen, jagen en vissen.
    Ze sprak vaak over haar talrijke reizen naar British Columbia en Oregon te vissen op zalm.
    Ze werd voorafgegaan in dood door haar ouders en jongere broer, Joseph.

    Samen met haar vijf kinderen, laat ze achter elf kleinkinderen en twee achterkleinkinderen
    Laura (Daniel ) Pagina, Heather, Brett, Ricky, Breanna, Josh, Melinda, Daniel, Kylie, Tylor en DJ.

    Ze laat ook achter een broer; John Lormans en drie zussen; Mary Brydson, Peggy Stone, en Shirley Gowdy.

    We willen graag iedereen bedanken bij de Cascades van de Sierra, St. Mary's en Tahoe Pacific voor de
    geweldige zorg die ze het laatste jaar van haar leven gekregen.
    Een viering van het leven van Barbara zal zijn gehouden op de Cascades van de Sierra op een latere datum in oktober.

    Additional information my family. Robert was born in 1959, his last name was Denome before my father adopted him. His father died 3 months before he as born. My brother William ( Bill) Anthony Dornberger was born in 1961, I was born in 1962. My sister Juliann Barbara Olivera ( Dornberger) was born in 1964 and my youngest brother Christopher John Dornberger was born in 1969.
