Heer van Abcoude en Wijk bij Duurstede, Gaasbeeck
Omdat de stad Amersfoort zoveel mogelijk invloed wil hebben in de omgeving, wordt in 1363 afgesproken met de heer Gysbert van Abcoude, en ook met dienst zoon Zweder, dat ze zullen voorkomen dat Wouter van Lockhorst aanspraken zal maken op Coelhorst. Na het overlijden van Gysbert, beleent Zweder van Abcoude, heer van Gaesbeek, Putten en Strijen, zijn schoonzus Maria van Wallencourt met Coelhorst. Na haar dood komt Coelhorst weer aan Jacob van Gaesbeek, de zoon van Zweder.

Jan van Culemborg, heer van Woudenberg, het goed Emminkhuizen in 1373 overdroeg aan Gijsbrecht van Abcoude. Jan van Gaesbeek van Abcoude droeg het goed vervolgens in 1433 over aan het Karthuizerklooster Nieuwlicht bij Utrecht.
