Van 1726 tot 1734 zijn zij pachters van "de eerste hoeve van den Nuweleijnde", gelegen onder Alphen, eigendom van de abdij van Tongerlo. Vanaf 1735 tot ca. 1750 pachten Dingeman en Maria de hoeve De Leuwerckeneijck te Alphen, ook eigendom vande abdij. Na de dood van Dingeman nemen zijn zonen de pacht over. Francis Stouts en Jan Stouts betalen tussen 1751 en 1760 de pacht.
Antonius Dingeman Stouts [3879].
Vanaf 16-07-1761 is Antonius (hun jongste zoon: Jac Linders) de enige pachter van de hoeve De Luwerckeneijck onder Alphen. Hij blijft de hoeve pachten tot zijn dood in 1787.
