    geboren te St Truiden den 23e Juni 1889, echtgenoot van Hendrix Octavie, wonende Beekstraat, 10.

    Andermaal duiken de huilende roofvogels over onze stad, even nar koffietijd. De benauwde menschen vluchten in de kelders. In de Kleine Zoutstraat, 7, het lokaal van den ,,Invalidenbond”, hurken 10 personen naast elkaar in den gewelfden kelder. Een bom boort door de daken en komt ontploffen valk bij den ingang: puin, stof, gesmoord gehuil en 5 dooden op den slag en ijselijk verminkt, 1 gekwetste.
