Notes about Barteld Last

Behoorde tot de Chr. afgescheiden kerkverband in Kampen( zie religie). Bartled Last werd de eerste Koster in het kerkgebouw aan de Hofstraat van dit kerkverband. Het gebouw wer op zondag 25 juli 1852 in gebruik genomen. De koster moest zijn taak voorlopig als "liefdepost", dus gratis waarnemen. Wel kreeg hij het alleenrecht om stoven in de kerk te zetten. Daar verdiende hij dan wat mee. Zelf vond hij, dat dit wel 5 stuivers per week mocht zijn, maar de kerkeraad- een beetje zuinig - wilde hem 4 stuivers geven. En als Berteld aan het einde van een jaar zou menen, dat dit te weinig was geweest, dan kreeg hij er voor het jaar nog 52 stuivers bij.
