geb. op 28 aug 1869 Kolhorn Barsingerhorn,
ovl. Amerika.
Het verhaal gaat : dat Pieter in Zuid Afrika een vrouw en een kind had. Pieter kwam 22 jan. 1902 terug uit Pretoria, Transvaal, Zuid Afrika, zou daar uitgezet zijn.(??) Hij vertrok 20 februari 1907 naar Duisburg, Duitsland. Pieter staat op de passagierslijst van het schip de "Nieuw Amsterdam". Vertrek uit Rotterdam. En komt aan op Ellis Island, Amerika 6 juni 1910. De bestemming is Yellowpine, Louisiana.
De ouders van Neeltje Geel verhuisden in 1881 met hun gezin vanuit Barsingerhorn naar Amsterdam. Neeltje kreeg een dochter, Geertruida Cornelia, geb.: 22 juni 1895, overl.: 16-3-1896. ( werd 9 maanden oud). Zij heeft dan geen echtgenoot. Na hun huwelijk vertrekt Neeltje samen met Pieter naar Duisburg. Neeltje gaat met het schip de "Noordam" naar Ellis Island, Amerika. Komt daar 26 juli 1910 aan. Pieter en Neeltje hebben geen kinderen.
