De op één na jongste zoon Arij Willemsz Lans wordt in 1689 gedoopt in Capelle aan den ijssel. Hij is de zoon van Willem Engelen en Leentje Willems Vonk. Hij huwt met Maria Jansse Molenaar en zij krijgen een zoon en dochter. Ary werd steenbakker en kocht land en boerderijen. De zoon, Willem Ariensz Lans huwt met Belia van Beest en zij krijgen 9 kinderen waaronder Gijsbartha. Hij breidt de bezittingen verder uit. Gijsbartha wordt gedoopt in Capelle in 1768. Zij blijft ongehuwd, maar krijgt 2 kinderen. Zij is uiteindelijk mede-eigenaresse van een steenplaats (fabriek) aan de Dorpsstraat bij de Oude Plaats (Capelle). De zoon, Willem Otto Arie Lans gedoopt in 1812 in Capelle staat hier afgebeeld met zijn gezin. Hij huwt met Adriana Maria Jongebreur en zij krijgen samen 12 kinderen, waarvan er 7 op zeer jonge leeftijd zijn overleden. De steenplaats blijft tot 1909 familiebezit waarna deze wordt gesloten
