EDTERLIN, citizen of HÖffen, between his widow Anna Maria STUDTERin
and their 6 children: Johannes, Joseph, Andres, Niclaus, Anna Maria
and Catharina, all of them EDTERLIN and under age. In the presence
of:
- the widow assited by Johannes LORENTZ from Linthal
- Michel EDTERLEN citizen of Lautenbach and guardian of the children
The marriage contract is dated 24.4.1747. Johannes is the son of the
late Andres EDTERLIN citizen of Linthal and Anna Maria is the
daughter of Johan STUTTER from Linthal.
The goods consist of a house, stable, barn and garden in HÖffen. All
situated between Michel EDTERLIN and 'Allmenden Weeg' before and
behind Niclaus EDTERLIN the single. Cattle: 3 cows, 3 calfs, 4 goats,
1 sheep, 3 chickens and 3 ducks.
For the creditors: the widow of Johannes EDTERLIN from Remspach for
almost 150 livres Balois.
