De Commissaris der Koningin in de Provincie Friesland verklaart dat aan Anna Wijnstra, geboren te Bovenknijpe op 20 April 1871, zoon van Uilke Alberts en van Trijntje Everens BALTJE bij de loting voor de lichting der nationale militie van het jaar 1891 voor de gemeente Angwirden is te deel gevallen no. 33, dat, buiten oproeping gebleven zijnde, hem tot geen dienst heeft verplicht en dat hij daarna op 5 Mei 1892 is ingelijfd bij het regiment veldartillerie als plaatsvervanger voor WSJ uit (???) Smallingerland.

Het echtpaar Wijnstra ñ Navest schreef zich (samen met hun twee dochters) op 3 februari 1911 in te Heerlen (adres C23d). Op 18 augustus 1911 vertrekken ze alweer uit Heerlen naar Kerkrade. Ze woonden in de Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat 47 in Kerkrade tot hun verhuizing op 5 september 1929 terug naar Heerlen (Frans Halsstraat 18). Ze woonden daar in bij hun net getrouwde dochter Katharina en schoonzoon Teunis MEERVELD. Ze verhuizen gezamenlijk op 06-03-1933 naar de Heemskerkstraat 22 in Heerlen. Op 20 juli 1938 vertrekt het echtpaar Wijnstra - Navest naar Nuth, Stationsstraat 40. Na het overlijden van Ortje NAVEST op 28-02-1939 gaat Anne WIJNSTRA op 14-06-1939 weer naar Heerlen om daar weer bij zijn dochter Katharina in te gaan wonen.
Dochter Everdina is in Kerkrade getrouwd en enkele dagen na haar huwelijk ñ tenminste volgens het bevolkingsregister ñ op 26 mei 1922 verhuisd naar Schaesberg, waar ze samen met haar echtgenoot woonde op het adres Noord-Ooststraat 10.
