Gijsbarta Johanna van WIJK van Amsterd., geref., oud 22 jaaren op de Fluweleburgwal onderdoor, geass. met haar Voogd Gijsbert MULDER, verklaart voor zijn mede Voogden Adam HOUTKOPER en Nicolaas de ROOIJ.
Deze personen zijn in Watergraafsmeer in de Huwe. Staat bevestigd op vertoon der Trouw Bull. in dato 25 Juni 1808.

Heden overleed, in den leeftijd van bijna vijf jaren, ons jongste kind CJRISTINA WILHELMINA.

Heden overleed tot onze innige droefheid, onze veelgeliefde moeder, Christina Wilhelmina HASKENHOFF, Weduwe den Heer Cornelis BRAK, in den gezegenden ouderdom van bijna 84 jaren, na eene ongesteldheid van slechts weinige dagen.
Amsterdam, 4 April 1841

Te UCCLE, bij BRUSSEL, overleden den 19den Junij jl. (1849) na een langdurig doch bijzonder geduldig lijden, mijne dierbare Echtgenoote MARIE CATHERINE ELISABETH GOUGET; diep betreurd door alle hare Betrekkingen.

Strekkende deze tot bijzondere en tevens algemeene kennisgeving.

Bij Acte, op den 28sten Februarij 1851, ten overstaan van den Notaris Mr. JOHANNES COMMELIN, in tegenwoordigheid van Getuigen te Amsterdam gepasseerd en geregistreerd, is de, tusschien de ondergeteekenden AREND HENDRIK BRAK en CORNELIS BRAK AREND HENDRIKSZOON, beide te Amsterdam woonachtig, bestaan hebbende Vennootschap tot het drijven van eenen Commissiehandel in Fondsen en Effecten, op de firma van A.H. BRAK & ZOON, met dien dag ONTBONDEN, met bepaling, dat de laatst Ondergeteekende bevoegd zal zijn de zaken voor zijne bijzondere Rekening op dezelfde firma voort te zetten, en tevens alleen belast met de liquidatie der nog onvereffend gebleven zaken der Ontbondene Vennootschap.
