Magdalena STUEDTER, between her widower Johannes SCHAFFHAUSER,
citizen of Linthal and their children, all under age:
- Anthoni, Johannes, Christian, Catharina, Maria, Magdalena and
Barbara, all SCHAFFHAUSER.
Andres TSCHANN, citizen of this town is their guardian. There is no
marriage contract. The heritage consists of:
- a house with barn, stable, vegetable garden and orchard situated in
Linthal between Dieboldt SYREN and 'Allemendte weg, behind it
Johannes WICKY, before Diebolt SYREN. It is free of debts. Meadows:
1,7 Tauen (1 Tauen = 3590 squares metres) in Hauwel, 3 Tauen in
Kippenthall, 1 Tauen in Gross Sultzbach and 3/4 Tauen in Belchen
Thall in Murbach. For the creditors: Herr IMELIN from Soultz for a
loan of 180 Livres Balois, the Parish for 50 livres Balois and H.
JACKLIN for 20 livres Balois.
