In het jaar achttienhonderd zestig den drieâ´ntwintigste dag der maand January verscheen voor ons Burgemeester, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijke Stand der Gemeente Ameringen, Provincie Utrecht, Hermanus van den BOOGERT (hij tekent H. vd Boogaard), oud tweeâ´ndertig jaren, van beroep tabaksplanter, wonende te Amerongen, dewelke ons verklaarde, dat op den twee en twintigste dag der maand January dezes jaars, des voormiddags ten elf ure binnen deze Gemeente in het huis Wijk no. 100 bis is geboren een kind van het mannelijk geslacht uit hem en zijne huisvrouw Hillegonda Maria HUBERS, zonder beroep, alhier woonachtig aan welk kind de Comparant verklaart dat gegeven wordt de voornamen van Johannes Antonius.
Zijnde deze verklaring geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Hendruk HUBERS (hij tekent H. Huberst), oud veertig jaren, van beroep tabaksplanter, wonende te Amerongen en Niclaas Jan VAN OS oud vijfendertig jaren, van beroep gemeenteontvanger, wonende te Amerongen als getuigen.

Nationale Militie 10 October 1881: de Commissaris ds Konings in de Provincie Utrecht verklaart dat Johannes Antonius van den Boogert, geboren te Amerongenden 22. Januarij 1860, wonende te Amerongen, van beroep arbeider, zoon van Hermanus en van Hillegonda Maria Hubers, wonende te Amerongen in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Amerongen, van het jaar 1879 oor de ligting van het jaar 1880 is ingeschreven; dat hem bij loting is ten deel gevallen no. 2; dat hij op den 12. Mei 1880 is ingelijfd, en nog is dienende.
1e Regiment Vesting Artillerie: Toestemming tot het aangaan van een huwelijk. Op grond der aanschrijving van het Departement van Oorlog dato 26 Februari 1879 IIe Adf. Gen. Staf No. 32 verleent de commanderrende officier van opgemeld korps namens den Minister van Oorlog bij deze toestemming tot het aangaan van een huwelijk aan de milicien van den Boogert, Johannes Antonius der lichting 1880, uit de gemeente Amerongen, provincie Utrecht. De verlofganger wordt eraan herinnerd, dat het aangaan van een huwelijk, hem niet zal kunnen ontheffen van het vervullen van eenige verplichting ten aanzien der Nationale Militie. Utrecht den 14. October 1881.
