DR. L.A.C. VAN WELY
Morgen zal het 25 jaar geleden zijn, dat dr. L.A.C. van Wely werd benoemd tot Controlerend Geneeskundige bij de Rijks Verzekeekeringsbank.
Dr. van Wely behaalde 18 October 1895 het artsdiploma; 6 november ving hij zijn medische loopbaan aan bij de Koninklijke Marine. In mei 1904 verkreeg hij eervol ontslag als Officier van gezondheid 1e klasse; hij werd te zelfder tijd aangesteld bij de R.V.B.
Na twee en een half jaar op het Hoofdbureau van de Bank te Amsterdam werkzaam te zijn geweest, volgde in November 1907 zijn overplaatsing naar Rotterdam, waar de jubilaris thans belast is met den buitendienst. Hij houdt morgenmiddag van 3 tot 5 uur receptie in het Parkhotel.
