Gelegenheid tot afscheidnemen op woensdag 11 december van 19.00 tot 19.30 uur in het mortuarium van het Zeewegziekenhuis te IJmuiden (ingang Velserduinweg).
De crematieplechtigheid vindt plaats op donderdag 12 december a..s. om 11.45 uur in het crematorium Velsen te Driehuis-Wseterveld.
Na afloop van de plechtigheid is er gelegenheid tot condoleren in de ontvangkamer van het crematorium.
