In 1844 laat Jannes AFINK de boerderij Heetperik bouwen. De naam Heet wijst op heide, oschoon in 1830 op dit perceel geen heide meer te vinden is. Het nabij gelegen perceel N1421 is wel heide.
Nicht Janna AFINK met haar man Gerrit Jan EUVERINK zijn de volgende bewoners, daarna Hermannus EUVERINK en Johanna HUISKES.
Op 10 septmeber 1904 zijn in Lonneker getrouwd Jan Hendrik TER HOFTE en Anna EUVERINK. Jan Hendrik TER HOFTE werd geboren te Lonneker als zoon van Hendrik TER HOFTE en Aaltjen TER WAARBEKE op 10 oktober 1877. Hij overleed in Enschede op 8 augustus 1945.
Anna EUVERINK werd op 2 september 1881 te Lonneker geboren als dochter van Hermannus EUVERINK en Johanna HUISKES. Zij overleed te Enchede op 16 oktober 1942.
Kinderen uit dit huwelijk:
- Herman Hendrik TER HOFTE, geboren 8 juli 1906
- Aaltjen Johanna, geboren 13 augustus 1910. Op 7-jarige leeftijd overleden op 21 december 1917.
- Johanna Bertha, geboren 26 juni 1917. overleden te Lonneker 18-4-1920 ·Äòs middags 12 uur
- Aaltjen Johanna, geboren 13 november 1920.
In 1937 wordt de boerderij verbouwd voordat het kersverse echtpaar Hanna EUVERINK en Jan Hendrik TER HOFTE van het erve de Waarbeek in de marke Driene de boerderij betrekken (???).
Als laatste werd de boerderij bewoond door Herman Hendrik TER HOFTE gehuwd met Berendina MANNEBEEK en hun dochter Annie.
In 1955 verlaat de familie TER HOFTE de boerderij en wordt deze afgebroken.
In 1935 had JH TER HOFTE volgens de veeteling 9 koeien.
