24-12-1814: Cornelia Renes, wed. van Jan Wouters van Lunteren, maakt een testament ten gunste van haar zoons Jacob en Rijk van Lunteren, die bij haar inwonen. Voor de aan haar bewezen diensten en als loon krijgen zij ieder een som van 300 Hollandsche guldens, uit te betalen binnen een jaar na haar overlijden.

1817/1818: Willem van Lunteren, Willemijntje van Lunteren en de kinderen van Antonie van Lunteren en Jannetje Meerbeek, allen erfgenamen van Cornelia Renes, machtigen Arie Koudijs, burgemeester van Woudenberg, om namens hun te verkopen aan Jacob en Rijk van Lunteren, tabaksplanters te Woudenberg, de helft van de losse goederen, voorwerpen en vee, behorende tot de nalatenschap van Cornelia Renes, met een totale waarde van f 695,- (de helft is dus f 347,50), die zich bevinden in een huisinge en erf, gelegen aan de Heygraeff onder Woudenberg, waar Cornelia Renes onlangs is overleden .
