Wij ondergetekenden:
Nantje FEERSEMA, ten deze geadsisteerd door mijne Eheman Reinder MEIJER, van beroep timmerman, woonachtig te Groningen
Hindrik FEERSEMA, commies, wonende te Oude Schans
Annetta FEERSEMA, zonder beroep, weduwe van Jan SIMELING, wonende te Veenhuizen
en Lambertus van GIFFEN van beroep goud- en zilversmid, woonachtig te Groningen.
De drie eerstgenoemde voor onszelven als kinderen van de overledene; en de laatstgemelde als boekhoudend Voogd van het Burgerweeshuis en als zoodanig handelende in kwaliteit van voogd over Johannes FEERSEMA, welke in opgemeld Gesticht is opgenomen - als kleinzoon van de Overledene en te Zamen Erfgenamen naar de wet, verklaren
dat genoemde Overledene geene vaste goederen heeft nagelaten, alsmede dat door haar overlijden geen fideë commies is gedevolveerd of vruchtgebruik vervallen.
Aldus overgegeven ten kantoor van Successie te Groningen den Januarij 1835.
