Mr. JACOB Baron VAN LAMSWEERDE, Advocaat en Procureur, wonende te ·Äòs-Hertogenbosch, bij vonnis der Arrondissements-Rechtbank te ·Äòs-Hertogenbosch d.d. 12 April 1895 benoemd tot Curator over de onbeheerde nalatenschap van MARIA ADRIANA DOUDE VAN MAAS, overleden te ·Äòs-Hertogenbosch op 7 April 1895, requestant compareerende bij den Procureur Mr. J. Baron VAN LAMSWEERDE, wonende te s-Hertogenbosch;
dat alle zoo bekende als onbekende of afwezige belanghebbenden bij gemelde onbeheerde nalatenschap, onder welke ELIA BRAK, echtgenote van JOHANNES LODEWIJK DE BOCK, wonende te Amsterdam, en twintig anderen, bij vonnis der Rechtbank te ·Äòs-Hertogenbosch, op den 11den September 1896 uitgesproken, zijnde geregistreerd, zijn veroordeld om van requestant op te nemen de door requestant ten overstaan van U.E.A. in den vorm bij de wet voorgeschreven binnen den tijd van twee maanden na datum van voormeld vonnis te doene rekening en verantwoording over het door requestant gevoerd beheer als curator van voormelde ongeheerde nalatenschap.
dat dit vonnis, waarvan een expeditie hierbij wordt overgelegd, in den jare 1896 op 30 September, 5 en 6 October overeenkomstig de voorschriften der wet beteekend zijnde, de requestant alsnu, teneinde tot de uitvoering daarvan te geraken, zich wendt tot UEdelachtbare hem te vergunnen om voornoemde ELIA BRAK en twintig anderen voorbedoeld, benevens alle overige zoo bekende als onbekende of afwezige belanghebbenden, op de door UEdelAchtbare te bepalen plaats, dag en uur, op te roepen tot het opnemen der rekening en verantwoording, bij voormeld vonnis breeder vermeld.
