Margaret Billiu was the daughter of George Wesley Billiu and Maggie Kuyper. Maggie suffered from mental illness and was hositalized at the State Hospital for the Insane at Mt Pleasant, IA. Therefore, she was raised by her grandparents, and thus her name appears on their census documents.
