  11. IAGENWEB, Rev. DePree Marriages First Reformed Church of Sioux Center Indexed by Bride. Marriages performed by Rev. DePree of the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center from about 1880 - 1901, and a few after that date. It can be assumed from historical accounts that many of the marriages took place in the parsonage which was the DePree home. Mrs. DePree would in some cases even prepare the wedding cakes. Information transferred by Wilma J. Vande Berg of the GSCGS. Marriage records can also be confirmed by county marriage records, which are quite complete.
