Notes about Margrieta van Broeckhuysen

Rekest van de regenten van de heerlijkheden Deurne en Liessel inhoudende dat de predikant aldaar had verzocht dat hem een geschikte woning zou worden aangeboden mits daarvan betalende aan de supplianten een bedrag van 60 gl. Omdat er echter geen pastorie is zijn de supplianten genoodzaakt om een stuk erf te kopen en daarop een huis te bouwen dat dienst kan doen als pastorie. Na rijp beraad en overweging zou het hier gaan om een bedrag van 2500 gl. Voorts zijn ze in onderhandeling gegaan met Margareta van Broekhuijsen de weduwe van wijlen Louis de Caesteker, in zijn leven drossaard en secretaris van Deurne en Liessel, die het enige huis bezat dat geschikt zou zijn als pastorie om dat te kopen voor 1400 gl., mits betalende 50 gl. contant op het moment van de overdracht, half april 450 gl. en het restant van 900 gl. zou blijven staan tot 5% gedurende het leven van genoemde Margareta, die inmiddels de 70 was gepasseerd. Ook zouden de supplianten alle onkosten betalen van de 40e penning met de verhoging, transport en het uitmaken der brieven en dat de gemeente daardoor zou profiteren een bedrag van 1100 gl. Ze verzoeken de Ho: Mo: de koop te willen goedkeuren en accepteren en het genoemde huis te mogen gebruiken als pastorie en predikantswoning. Voorts verzoeken ze dat ze 1400 gl. mogen opnemen en de predikant mag gelast worden 60 gl. huishuur per jaar te betalen. Het rekest wordt ter advisering doorgestuurd naar de Raad van State [KSM inv.nr.10 dd. 6 augustus 1721]
