Notes about Roelof Konjer

Zij wonen eerst aan de Dwarsdijk Koekange 200 meter vanaf de weg, Roelof
had zijn werk in Mepel, hij heeft nog samen gewerkt met Jannes Boxem. In
1925 verhuizen ze naar Zuidwolde waar hij eerst werkte op een
korenmalerij van Wassies, later is hij chauffeur geworden op de
melkauto, daarnaast zetbaas op een zuivelwinkel. Zijn vrouw is op 50
jarige leeftijd overleden. Hij heeft nadien nog kennis gehad aan een
vrouw uit Putten waar in de oorlog zoveel mannen zijn omgekomen. In 1966
verkoopt hij zijn huis in Zuidwolde en hij gaat wonen met de weduwe Aaltje
Smienk- Hooghordel in Harderwijk alwaar Roelof is overleden in
1973.
