Notes about Hendrik-geerts Konjer

Van deze Hendrik vindt ik alleen maar dat hij zijn kinderen laat dopen,
zijn vrouw wordt daar niet bij vermeld, ook is niet te vinden dat hij en
zijn vrouw gedoopt zijn in Brandtlecht. Dit kan wel zo zijn maar is
niet te bewijzen, vandaar dat ik behalve Hendrik en Jan als
waarschijnlijke kinderen heb ingevoerd. Ook overlijden er oude Conjers,
de ‚‚n in 1788 en de andere in 1796.ook nog een onbekende Konjer overleden in 1685
U begrijpt dat er wel Konjers wonen
in Brandtlecht, en daarmee wil ik aangeven dat ik er stellig van
overtuigd ben dat het verband heeft met Valimont de Gascogner. De
doopboeken van de Luthersche Evangelische Kerk zijn heel slecht
bijgehouden, tenminste zoals ze er nu zijn. En misschien waren ze voor
die tijd wel katholiek, omdat ik in het begraafboek ook een Jan Konjer
vond als begraven en daar stond bij vermeld zijnde katholiek. De twee
vorige generaties zijn gefingeerd.
