1745, februari 10: omschrijving neger Antonie door Catharina Koster, weduwe van Joan Balthasar Coeymans, voor 300 peso. Met bijlage van 4 februari 1745, waarin verzoek aan secretaris om een vrijbrief te maken. (archief OAC toegangsnummer 1.05.12.01 inventarisnummer 177 specificatie nr 7)
Hierdoor kunnen we ook conclueren dat Balthasar Coymans voor dat jaar gestorvenis.
1746 - Manumissie van neger Casart door de weduwe van Balthasar Coymans. Dit isdeel van een lijst van de gouverneur en geeft geen enkel ander informatie.(OAC toegangsnr 1.05.12.01 inventaris nr 178 specificatie nr 73). Aangezien de franse privateer Cassart Curacao in 1713 veroverde, vermoed ik dat die neger na 1713 geboren (Hij is dus toen maximum 33 jaar oud) of gekocht is.
1759 - 21/08/1759 Manumissie van negerin Juana door Catharina Coeymans, voor 100peso. Met verklaring van 20/12/1758 over de vrijgeving (de negerin heeft 40 pesobetaald en zal na de betaling van de resterende 60 peso vrij zijn) en kwitantie van14/08/1759 (betaling van 60 peso) (OAC toegang nr 1.05.12.01 inventarisnr 190specificatie nr 112)

1745: Benjamin Naar sells to Gaspar Anthony de Quirigasoe a plantation Cattenbergh, located between the plantation of the widow of Balthasar Coeijmans and that of Willem Lixraaven, and bordering on the common road to Hato (17)
