uit Inwoners Tietjerksteradeel voor 1811 (gen 902 N-W)

Rienk Olgerts; gedoopt Bergum 5 maart 1752 (5 jr. oud, zoon
van Olgert Jans en Rinske Keimpes), trouwt Ybeltje Annes; vertrekt
via IJlst naar Enkhuizen; huwelijk onbonden bij sententie
van het Gerecht van Enkhuizen d.d. 25 oktober 1779 (zie bij Ybeltje
Annes); hij is dan commandant van het galjootschip "De Waaksaamheit",
en afkomstig van Bergumerdam

Ybeltje Annes; Hof civ. bijl. 22 mei 1787 (intendit):
Sebastiaan Willems, scheepstimmermansknecht te Harlingen,
impt., co. Ybeltje Annes, gedaagde. Het Hof verklaart
nietig het huwelijk tussen partijen, gesloten 1 aug. 1784 in
de Westerkerk te Harlingen. Gedaagde is eerst gehuwd
geweest met Rienk Olgerts (afkomstig van Bergumerdam); heeft te
IJlst gewoond. Gedaagde is van Rienk Olgerts gescheiden wegens overspel,
volgens sententie van het gerecht der stad Enkhuizen d.d. 25 oktober 1779.
Gedaagde is daarna naar Harlingen getrokken en
heeft zich uitgegeven voor weduwe. Gedaagde is inmiddels stil
uit Harlingen vertrokken ("zich te zoek gemaakt"), eerst naar
Makkum, daarna vermoedelijk naar Holland. Rienk Olgerts
was in 1779 commandant van het galjootschip "De Waaksaamheid".
