Notes about Rutger van den Padevoort

- Rutger VAN DEN PADEVOORT, bezat hofstede te Zeddam (1410), beleend met een tiende te Beek (1410 en 1441), de Wolberinckhof onder Gendringen (1421) en het Geddengoed in het kerspel Didam, buurtschap Loel (14-5-1433 en 11-5-1439); landdrost van Bergh, nog vermeld in 1454; tr. Gadert VAN DEESE.
Rutger van den Padenvoirde en zijn vrouw Gadert worden vermeld 1 juni 1426 (charter klooster Klarewater). Zij zegelde met drie kepers. Dit is het wapen dat door Rietstap onder de naam Van Deese wordt vermeld.
