Blijkens de huwelijks-akte van dochter Jacoba (op 29-06-1814 te Haarlem gehuwd met Jan Coenraadt Heijtman) is Thomas overleden in Haarlem op 07-03-1801. Tevens blijkt uit bedoelde akte dat zijn achternaam ook als: KLINKERS werd gehanteerd.
