Notes about Anthonius Cornelis "Anton" Kleef
Anton werd door de Duitsers op 15 mei opgesloten in een gevangenis in Scheveningen wat spottend het Oranjehotel werd genoemd omdat er zoveel verzetsstrijders vast zaten. Anton kwam pas na ruim 7 maanden vrij uit cel nummer 350. Op 12 mei 1944 werd Anton opnieuw vastgezet maar nu in kamp Amersfoort. Op 8 juni kwam hij opnieuw vrij om uiteindelijk weer opgesloten te worden in het Oranjehotel. Op 8 maart 1945 is Anton geëxecuteerd op de Waalsdorpervlakte samen met 38 anderen als represaille voor de aanslag op Hanns Rauter bij De Woeste Hoeve.
