      In dit document wordt bevestigd dat op 6 maart 1746 Evert Borchorst verkocht heeft aan Gert Henrich Kimman 'een huisplaats met daarbij gelegen tuin de zogenaamde Wahlkampf en acht vierup bouwland op de oude es. Omdat niet direct betaald werd, werd de koopbrief in bewaring gegeven aan getuige Albert Steffens. Op 7 november 1746 in Dünenborg werd het restant van de koopsom nl. 215 reichsthalers en 36 stüber betaald

      Op 26 september 1734 koopt Gerhard Henrich Kimman van Henrich zum Kreützel een stuk grond, dat blijkens het document in 1703 door Wilhelm zum Creützel en Johan Mensen gekocht was van Henrich von Versen. Ook dit document uit 1703 is op de boerderij te Krüssel bewaard gebleven, in tweevoud zelfs. Voor deze koop in 1703 hadden de kopers 120 reichsthaler geleend van Bernard von Helteren, burgemeester van Meppen, en zijn vrouw Clara Margaretha Dahmes. Henrich von Versen stond borg voor hun. De helft van deze schuld wordt op 26 september 1734 door "meister Gerd Henrich Kimman von Danckeren" terugbetaald.

      Engel Fischers, weduwe van Albertus Kimman, doet afstand van al haar bezittingen ten gunste van haar oudste zoon Gerhard Henrich Kimman. Haar tweede zoon Herman Kimman krijgt in plaats van zijn kindsdeel 200 reichsthaler, een koe en huisraad.

      In 1734 koopt Gerhard Henrich Kimman de boerderij met grond te Krüssel/Altharen, waar ook nu nog nakomelingen van hem wonen.
      De koopakte is opgemaakt op 27 april 1734 te Nienharen in Grummels achterkamer, met als getuigen Herman Pieper en Herman Grummel.
      Van "Henrich zum Kreützel oder Willmes" wordt gekocht een huisplaats "Willmes hoff genannt", van 40 voet breed en 80 voet lang (12½ x 25 meter)
      met daarbij een tuin en acht vierup (1 ha) bouwland, plus een stuk hooiland, voor 360 reichsthaler. Het bouwland is omschreven als "acht vierup
      saetslandes nemblich vier und einhalb vierup aufm feltkampf zwischen Johan Mensen und Jüngerhans, drei und einhalb vierup im Kreützlinger
      esche hinter den garten zwischen Johan Mensen und sein äigen". Het hooiland is omschreven als "eine höwwiesche zwischen sein äigen land
      und Gosefort und strandet an Mensen nach dem Kreützel". Na deze opsomming volgt dat de koop is geschied met alle oude en nieuwe rechten en
      toebehoren benevens een begrafenis- en kerkplaats.

      Gaat over de inhoud van een koopbrief van 6 maart 1746

      In dit document bekent Everhard Borchorst, "herr zum Hamm, ohnweit Nienharen", dat hij voor geleverd hout voor zijn nieuwe huis schuldig is aan "meister" Gerdt Kimman te Dankeren 56 reichsthaler. Deze schuld lost hij af met het verlenen van een soort vruchtgebruik op zijn grootste weiland.
