Sophie Louise van Württemberg (Stuttgart, 19 februari 1642 †- Bayreuth, 3 oktober 1702) was een prinses van Württemberg en markgravin van Brandenburg-Bayreuth.

Sophie Louise werd in 1642 geboren als dochter van hertog Eberhard III van Württemberg en Anna van Salm-Kyrburg. Ze had 13 broers en zussen en 11 halfbroers en -zussen uit het tweede huwelijk van haar vader met Maria Dorothea Sophie von Oettingen.

Op 8 februari 1671 trouwde Sophie Louise in Stuttgart met markgraaf Christiaan Ernst van Brandenburg-Bayreuth, wiens eerste vrouw Erdmuthe Sophie van Saksen acht maanden eerder kinderloos was overleden. Op 29-jarige leeftijd was de bruid relatief oud. Ze kregen zes kinderen.

Sophie Louise en Christian Ernst hadden een goede relatie, ze vergezelde hem op zijn reizen en bleef altijd in nauwe correspondentie, zelfs toen hij in het kamp was met het keizerlijke leger. Het oude paleis in Bayreuth werd voor haar heringericht en rond 1700 werden twee nieuwe vleugels toegevoegd.

Sophie Louise overleed op 3 oktober 1702 op 60-jarige leeftijd in Bayreuth en werd begraven in de stadskerk van Bayreuth.
