Ze maken een afhandeling. De voogden dragen over het aandeel van de kinderen in de behuizing en overdracht der gehuurde landen, zoals het echtpaar bewoont. Tevens het kinderlijk deel van de levende have, als paarden, koeien, schapen, varkens e.d. Bovendien hun deel van de inboedel. Echter niet de kleren en het zilver van de vader en evenminde groene landen te Wagenborgen. Rottger en Martjen zullen hiervoor betalen 4000 car.gld. Getuigen: Enno Autjes en Stijo Krijnes.
