Notes about Jakob Kaper

Hij heeft gewerkt als groenteman in de Prof. Rankestraat te Groningen tot Oktober 1942, toen is hij gepakt voor illigaal slachten en het verkopen van aardappelen zonder bon. Hij is uit huis gehaald door twee politiemensen, te weten;
Hoofdagent Harm v/d Molen
Agent 1e klas Harm Timmer
Hier is hj 6 maanden voor gestraft.
In Maart 1943 is hij via het GAB Gronngen naar Riga (Letland) gegaan, als kok. Hij is niet in Riga aangekomen, maar kwam terecht in Wesky (Rusland), waar hij 3 maanden gewerkt heeft. Vandaar is hij gegaan of gestuurd naar Narwa (Estland), waar hij heeft gewerkt voor de OT (Organisation Todt). Ondertussen heeft hij zijn versleten kleding ingeruild voor een uniform.
Januari 1944 was hij in Vavaire-Koerland, in de buurt van Riga tot 8 mei 1946.(gevangen gezeten??) en is toen op transport gezet naar Sint-Valentie (Oostenrijk). Vandaar naar Eindhoven, waar hij op 26 mei in vrijheid is gesteld.
