      Rutgerus Kuijpers, gedoopt Oeffelt 4.3.1753, is de zoon van Peter Kuijpers en Petronella Thoonen (uit Linden). Peter is geb. te Oeffelt. Hij is waarschijnlijk driemaal gehuwd geweest:
      (1) Oeffelt 12.9.1732, 3-e graad verwant via de moeders, 4-e graad verwant via de vaders, met Rutgera Hermens uit Oeffelt; hierbij is vermeld, dat zijn vader reeds eerder 100 dukaten betaald heeft om Peter uit Pruisische dienst te houden. Peter zit dan sinds een jaar echter al in Wesel(D)
      (2) Oeffelt 2.5.1740, 2-e/3-e graad verwant met Hermina Huibers.
      (3) Cuijk 11.7.1745 met Petronella Thoonen uit Linden. De Oeffeltse huwelijksdispensaties zijn te vinden in de Kolner Generalsvikariatsprotokolle.

      Foutje: de vermoedelijke eerste vrouw van Peter Kuijpers in 1732 moet zijn Rutgera Heinen i.p.v. Hermens !
