      Op heden zesentwintig februari Achttenhonderd twee-en-zeventig is voor ons ondergeteekende Ambtenaar van den Burgelijke Stand der Gemeente Amsterdam verschenen: Joseph Letschert van beroep schippersknecht oud twee-en-twintig jaren, wonende Lijnbaansgracht Buurt W nr. 173 en Hendrika Johannna Hansen, zonder beroep, oud twee-en-twintig jaren, wonende Kadijk U nr 645 welke ons hebben verklaard bij deze te erkennen een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, geboren op Veertien November Achttienhonderd zeventig in deze Gemeente, ingeschreven in het Geboorte-register nr.7 folio 148v onder den naam van Joseph als kind van Hendrika Johanna Hansen. Van welke verklaring wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt in tegenwoordigheid van Joseph Letschert, koopman, oud vijfenveertig jaren, wonende Achtergracht W. 218 en van Johan Letschert, koopman, oud vierendertig jaren, wonen Achtergracht W. 232.
